I offer English, including phonics, and Maths to children between 4-12 years old. In small group sessions, I either alternate between the subjects each week or focus on one area of need as required. I also provide targeted preparation for 11+, including verbal and non-verbal reasoning, again alternating between subjects. 

Group sessions are kept small- no more than 4 in a group. This balanced approach allows every child to receive personalised guidance and attention alongside the stimulating experience of learning with peers in a group setting.

Located in the thriving local Questors theatre, in the heart of Ealing Broadway, W5. This tutoring space offers a calm, inspiring environment for focused learning. The room is well equipped with essential resources, and I bring along all extras required, ensuring students can engage fully. The creative energy of the venue adds a unique touch, making every session both productive and enjoyable. The many shops and cafes nearby are available for refreshments while waiting. 

Yes, I do. These are very limited so please get in touch as soon as you are interested. These sessions are bespoke to your child's needs and so best suited to children who may need more individual support, building skills step by step in a calm, encouraging environment. I offer them at £40 per session. 

When preparing for the 11+, I focus on strengthening core English and Maths skills, carefully adapting each session to suit your child’s current level and specific areas for growth. I also cover verbal and non-verbal reasoning in the sessions. My approach is calm and encouraging, helping them build confidence and ability without unnecessary pressure. As the exam draws closer, we introduce practice papers and exam-style tasks so they feel comfortable, familiar, and ready on the day.

Whether teaching in a group or one-to-one, I prioritise building confidence alongside core skills, offering gentle encouragement and clear structure. My sessions are hands-on, relatable, and often shaped by the child’s interests—creating a relaxed, supportive space where learning feels natural and rewarding, feeling safe to take risks and grow at their own pace.

I closely monitor each pupil’s progress through a combination of informal observation and formal assessment, ensuring they remain on track to meet their learning goals. Following each session, I provide clear, constructive feedback and keep parents informed of their child’s achievements, challenges, and recommended next steps. I also conduct regular assessment sessions to evaluate progress systematically, using the outcomes to inform future planning and address any gaps in understanding. 

I offer carefully tailored support that builds confidence, nurtures curiosity and helps children thrive. Each session is designed to meet your child where they are at, blending structure with creativity to spark engagement and steady growth, then gently stretches them beyond. With bespoke activities crafted just for them, your child will feel seen, supported and gently challenged in all the right ways. I balance fun with focus, scaffolding with independence. My group learning approach ensures every child feels supported without being overshadowed. Because when children feel safe and confident, learning doesn't just happen- it sticks! 

A trial lesson can absolutely be arranged following our initial home visit. This will be a paid session, giving both your child and me a chance to see how we work together. If it’s a good fit, I’ll be happy to offer a regular weekly place in the group. Kindly note that all sessions are payable in advance.
