Hello, I'm Andree!
Welcome to my website! My name is Andree Lazarides and I am the founder of Connected Tuition. I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher now offering individual and small group private tuition.
I am a qualified and highly experienced primary school teacher who had taught for nearly 20 years before leaving the classroom. I have started my own business so I can spend more time with my family and still do the thing that I love, helping children learn. I have taught throughout the primary key stages and held leadership positions at a large primary school. I have a psychology background and as well as teaching I have studied at Masters Level for both Special and Inclusive Education and Educational Neuroscience at the Institute of Education, London.
This means I not only have extensive knowledge of the UK primary curriculum across the primary phase, I know how children learn and what there needs to be in place for them to perform at their best.

Learning is a journey, a process. It can be achieved through everyday conversation, play, reading and real life experiences and activities. Learning, more often than not, should be child-led and structured in a way that benefits the child.
